Our Elite Training project is the ideal way to prepare for a career as a footballer.

How do you apply?
After we receive your initial application, one of our Football Consultants will review it, they will then contact you to let you know the outcome. If successful, you will be invited into the elite training Programme in the UK The Elite Training programme is a 6 – 8 week training course run by Complete sports solutions and SGI in which you will experience what life is like for a Professional Footballer!
There will be only 20 places available for each programme. You will receive first class coaching from our team of Elite Pro Coaches – all of whom are fully FA /UEFA Licensed Coaches. During the programme you will also play games in front of Scouts and Coaches from Professional Football Clubs.
Many of the Coaches on the CSS and SGI team are former Professional players, and they will be on hand to provide advice on how you can develop to your potential.

Look No Further than the Elite Training Programme
On arrival, you will join 19 other individuals that will for the next 6-8 weeks be your team mates and squad. You will meet with your full time coach and his assistant. During the first 3 weeks you will be put through an intense training programme to increase your fitness technique and tctical knowledge before going into a serious of competitive games.
You will be given a rare opportunity to train with managers and coaches who have worked at one or more of the top 92 professional league clubs in England.
During the evening, you will attend presentations from specialists in their field who will talk about various career opportunities within football (a pro footballer or manager, health and nutrition experts, scouts, medical staff, technical analysts, commercial execs, club secretaries, referees and more...)

Become an assistant coach
CSS and SGI also offer football managers and coaches the unique opportunity to learn from the best, working alongside professional managers and coaches throughout the programme for a week or 2 week period.
One coach will be invited at a time for a maximum of 2 weeks and a minimum 7 days to work under the elite staff being mentored throughout and having practical experience during the coaching experience.
